How it works
One timer runs at a time. Watch today's total tick up, set goals for the day and week, and see what the day is worth as you go — set an hourly rate and your hours turn into money on the timer itself.
Add teammates in seconds. Buy a licence ahead of a new hire, or free one up the day someone leaves — every seat change is prorated automatically, up or down.
Hours per job for the whole company, for any period — the number you bill, without chasing five people for five spreadsheets. Print a branded timesheet with your logo, grouped by day or filtered by job number, or take the CSV straight into your invoicing tool.
Klokly won't invent your evening. A timer that crosses midnight is banked at your workday's end, on the day it started, and anything suspiciously long asks you first instead of guessing. If the wifi drops, your hours queue on-device and sync themselves — never lost, never counted twice.
Built for European teams
Database in Ireland, servers in Ireland — a request never leaves the region to be answered. The one exception is billing, handled by Stripe, and we name it on our privacy page instead of hiding behind "EU-hosted".
Admins get hours per job, so the company can invoice — totals only, with no person attached. Not who did which task, not when you started or stopped, not a screenshot or a keystroke. The query can't return those columns, and anyone can switch their own hours out of the totals in Settings.
Payments run through Stripe. Your card details never reach our servers.
Not a promise — a screen in the app. Settings shows the exact three fields your admin's team page has about you, and the list of what it cannot show: your tasks, your times of day, your entries, your notes.
Encryption at rest, TLS in transit. Download everything we hold about you as one machine-readable file, and delete your own account from Settings — whatever your role, without asking an admin, and neither behind the paywall.
Pricing
Start a task, hit play. Klokly stays out of your way — one clock, one click, the rest is just your day.
Sign up with an email and you're timing in under a minute. Your 14-day trial doesn't need anything from your wallet.
"Manage billing" on your admin page opens your Stripe portal, where you cancel yourself — no calls, no forms, no "please tell us why." You keep access until the period ends.
FAQ
Per seat, per month. You start with a 14-day free trial (no card). Add or remove seats anytime — changes are prorated automatically.
Yes. Buy a licence ahead of a new hire so their account is ready on day one, then create their login from your Team page.
Yes — download it from your Settings page and load it in developer mode; it isn't on the Chrome Web Store yet. It asks for two permissions and can only talk to klokly.app. Create a task and start its timer from the popup, or right-click selected text on any page. One timer runs at a time, so starting a new one stops the last.
Yes. Your Team page gives hours per job for any period, across everyone, with a CSV for your invoicing tool. It's totals only — which jobs and how many hours, never who did what or when. Anyone can switch their own hours out of those totals from their settings, and you'll see if someone has.
Yes. Helligdage are computed rather than maintained in a list — including the removal of Store bededag from 2024 — and any ferie you book comes out of your capacity, so a week off doesn't read as spare capacity in your reports.
After 14 days, add a subscription from your billing settings to keep going. Your data stays exactly where it is — nothing is deleted.
In the EU. Each company's data is isolated at the database level, and all payments are handled securely by Stripe.
Yes. One click from your admin page opens your Stripe billing portal, where you cancel yourself. You keep access until the end of the current period.
